I am just overwhelmed by the response to my networking event. I genuinely wasn’t sure if anyone would want to show up, but over a hundred people have RSVPed on Facebook.
Turns out, this is too many customers for the Federal.{{1}} So, I had to move the location down the road to Maeve’s Residuals:

Legend has it, you used to get a beer in exchange for a residual check, no matter what the amount. While hilariously awesome, the liquor board shut this practice down, for reasons passing understanding. Still, it’s a Hollywood classic, and very accommodating to the TAPA readership.
Nothing else has changed. It’s still at 2:00pm, and will go as long as we’re all having fun drinking and networking making friends.
